Cancellation & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital products, we must follow a strict cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellations

• Once an order has been placed and download links have been issued, cancellations are not possible.

• If your order has not yet been processed, you may request a cancellation by contacting us immediately at support@treehousesamples.com.

Refunds

• All sales are considered final once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

• Refunds will only be granted in cases where:

  • You were charged in error.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is proven to be defective and cannot be rectified.
