Welcome to Treehouse Samples. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our virtual instrument libraries, sample packs, and related products (“Products”). By purchasing, downloading, or using our Products, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. License Grant

When you purchase our Products, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to use the sounds in your musical works.
You may use the sounds in compositions, recordings, film scores, game audio, advertisements, and other music/audio productions.
The license is royalty-free: you do not owe Treehouse Samples additional fees for using the sounds in your works.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Resell, share, rent, lease, or distribute the Products or sounds in isolation.
Create competing sample libraries, virtual instruments, or sound packs using these sounds.
Upload, share, or make the raw samples available in any form (including stems, isolated sounds, or loops).
Transfer the license to another person without written consent from Treehouse Samples.

3. Ownership

All recordings, samples, and software remain the intellectual property of Treehouse Samples.
You own the rights to your musical works created using our Products but not to the raw sounds themselves.

4. Installation & Access

Products are provided as digital downloads.
You are responsible for having compatible hardware, software, and DAWs to use them.
Treehouse Samples is not responsible for technical issues caused by third-party systems.

5. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, due to the digital nature of the Products.
If you experience download or activation issues, we will work to resolve them promptly.

6. Updates & Support

Treehouse Samples may provide updates or bug fixes at its discretion.

7. Termination

Your license may be terminated if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Products from your systems.

8. Liability

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Treehouse Samples shall not be liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from use or inability to use the Products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
